Just writing a quick thanks for the superb customer service while recently considering and purchasing a trailer from you this week (3rd July). The man at the front desk (Wed 1st July in the afternoon) who gave me all the information i needed quickly and concisely. Evan on the friday (3rd july), and even the guys in the workshop were more than happy to say g'day with a smile. Very refreshing for a ballarat business ! Thanks for the trailer guys.
