

| A couple of months ago I had a tow-bar fitted to my new Mazda Tribute by Ballarat Trailers & Towbars. I was slightly concerned about having this done as the last time I bought a new car and had a tow-bar fitted the dealer who handled it didn’t do a very good job, the workmanship was “sloppy” and the communication as to what was to happen and how and when it would occur was non existent. I couldn’t believe the difference in dealing with Ballarat Trailers & Towbars. Not only was the quality of the finished product fantastic the process was “seamless”. They gave me a description up front of what was involved and how and when it would happen and everything went just as I was told, without a hitch. Well done Ballarat Trailers & Towbars. Ballarat Trailers & Towbars must be allowed to test any equipment before a credit or replacement is considered. Goods must be returned in suitable packaging and contain all items that were originally packaged with the product. Goods must be suitably packaged to insure no damage occurs during transportation. A replacement will in most cases be considered if the product cannot be repaired. A replacement can not be given if:
Goods that are returned under warranty and are tested to have no faults will incur a $50 Testing Fee. All inward freight will be the responsibility of the customer. Ballarat Trailers &Towbars will pay the cost of returning warranty items to the customer. Ballarat Trailers & Towbars will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss suffered by the customer. Ballarat Trailers & Towbars will not accept any repairer invoices unless prior authorization has been obtained with an authority number. Ballarat Trailers & Towbars warranty will not cover any call out charges. Ballarat Trailers & Towbars warranty will not cover goods which are physically damaged. 3. Return of goods for Credit, replacement or refund. Products purchased from Ballarat Trailers & Towbars may be returned within Thirty (30) days for credit, replacement or refund. After this period, credit, replacement or refund will only be considered if special arrangements have been made or if the goods are deemed to be faulty. Goods that are returned to Ballarat Trailers & Towbars for credit, replacement or refund must be in the original packaging. The product and packaging must be in a saleable condition, which is at the discretion of management.
