A couple of months ago I had a tow-bar fitted to my new Mazda Tribute by Ballarat Trailers & Towbars. I was slightly concerned about having this done as the last time I bought a new car and had a tow-bar fitted the dealer who handled it didn’t do a very good job, the workmanship was “sloppy” and the communication as to what was to happen and how and when it would occur was non existent.
