| "I recently purchased from you a Hayman Reese Sway Control to help improve our caravan road travel. We have a twenty foot van with a weight of 2500kgs. When travelling we were having some problems with sway from wind buffets from larger vehicles and strong side winds. Once fitting the sway controller these problems have been prevented, the van has become much more stable under these conditions. We also have a Hayman Reese weight distribution hitch to compliment the sway controller. These two products work superbly together. After a slight adjustment the controller is functioning as required. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anybody that is having similar problems. I would also like to commend you on your after sales service which is a credit to you and your staff." |

| HID (high intensity discharge) | ||
![]() |
HID stands for high intensity discharge lighting. They generate light by creating an arc within a xenon filled glass chamber. Once the gas is ignited, it produces an extremely bright light which is up to 3 times brighter than a standard halogen bulb. They also produce up to a 30% wider beamspread, thus resulting in much better visibility for safer night time driving. HID xenon bulbs last up to 10 times longer than standard halogen bulbs, as they do not utilize a wire filament to produce the light. The average lifespan of a xenon bulb is equal to about 8 years of continuous night driving. You will never have to change a bulb again. HID’s draw 40% less power from the vehicles electrical system as they operate at 35 watt compared to a halogen bulb that operates at 55-100watt. HID’s operate at a lower temperature than a standard bulb making them a safe choice. |
